Baked Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 qt. popped popcorn
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt ingredients in a skillet.
    Bring to a boil.
    Mix into the popcorn.
    Put caramel corn into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 for 3/4 to 1 hour.
    Stir every 15 minutes.
    Recipe can be cut in half.
