Stuffed Flank Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 flank steak
3 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. onion, minced
4 fresh mushrooms
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 lb. sausage meat
1/8 tsp. thyme
1 c. beef stock
1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Pound flank steak with mallet until 3/4-inch thick.
Spread dressing mixture over all.
Roll up as jelly roll.
Tie securely in several places.
Brown in butter in Dutch oven.
Add beef stock.
Cover.
Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours.
Thicken gravy. Serve with mashed potatoes.
