Beef Stroganoff(Crock-Pot) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef steaks (thin strips)
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 can condensed beef broth
    1 can drained sliced mushrooms
    1/4 c. dry white wine (optional)
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. tomato paste
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Brown meat in oil with salt and pepper; drain; put in crock-pot with rest of ingredients except wine and sour cream. Cook on low heat for 8 to 10 hours.
    To serve, turn to high heat setting until bubbly; blend in wine and sour cream; cook another 15 minutes.
    Serve over hot noodles.
