Swedish Cream - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. heavy cream
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. unflavored gelatin
2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. fresh, cut-up fruit (strawberries, raspberries, etc.)
Preparation

In a saucepan, mix together the cream, sugar and gelatin. Heat the mixture over low heat until the sugar is dissolved, about 5 minutes.
