Oatmeal Pudding Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 c. white sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant pudding mix (vanilla or chocolate)
1 c. soft margarine
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 1/2 c. quick oats
1 c. raisins or nuts (optional)

Preparation

Cream together sugars, pudding mix and margarine.
Add eggs and blend well.
Then add the dry ingredients.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Flatten slightly.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
