Spinach Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 cooked medium potatoes
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1/4 tsp. dill weed
    2 tsp. chives
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. sour cream
    10 oz. chopped spinach, cooked and drained
    1 c. shredded cheese (white)
Preparation
    Mash potatoes with butter.
    Add other ingredients.
    Sprinkle cheese on top in a 2-quart casserole.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Serves about 10.
    Can be made ahead and refrigerated, then it may need to be baked longer to heat through.
