Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. cooking oil
4 c. chopped apples
1 tsp. vanilla
dash of nutmeg
1 c. finely chopped nuts (walnuts)
3 large eggs
2 c. sugar

Preparation

Pour oil in large mixing bowl. Add sugar and eggs. Beat until creamy. Sift flour, soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Add small amount of flour mixture to creamy mixture. When all flour mixture has been used, fold in apples and nuts. Bake in greased and floured tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
