Mom'S Noodle Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. fine noodles
    3 eggs
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    oil for frying
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Boil noodles for 5 minutes; drain and cool. When noodles are cooled, add all the ingredients. Put 1/2 cup oil in a small frying pan and heat. When oil is hot, add mixture, medium heat. When noodles are golden brown, flip the pudding. Cook the other side until it is brown.
