Curried Chicken With Couscous(Low-Fat, Heart Healthy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken cutlets, trimmed of all fat and cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    2 to 3 tsp. curry powder
    1/2 c. chopped scallions
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 Granny Smith apple, peeled and thinly sliced
    1 box couscous
