Cheese And Onion Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. crackers
1/2 c. melted butter
2 1/2 c. thinly sliced onions
1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, grated
Preparation

Mix
cracker
crumbs
and 1/2 cup melted butter.
Press evenly into a greased 9-inch pie plate.
Saute onions in about 2 tablespoons butter (tender, not brown).
Spread onions over crumb crust.
Scald milk and pour over slightly beaten eggs.
