Strawberry Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    1 (16 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 (14.5 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. strawberry flavoring
    1 can strawberry pie filling
    1 pt. fresh strawberries, mashed
    whole milk
    2 c. sugar (if using fresh berries) or 1 1/2 c. (if using frozen berries)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except milk and mix well.
    Pour into 1 gallon ice cream freezer container and fill with whole milk to fill line, or about 3/4 full.
    Freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
    (For basic vanilla ice cream, omit the strawberry flavoring, pie filling and fresh strawberries and increase vanilla to 2 tablespoons.)
