Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    5 Tbsp. cold water
    1 tsp. vinegar
    3 c. flour
    1 c. cold lard (I use Crisco)
Preparation
    Blend egg with vinegar and water.
    Cut
    Crisco into flour; toss with fork while gradually adding the liquid mixture.
    Roll out and place in single pan or a double crust pie.
