No Bake Fresh Blueberry Pie(Yield: One 9-Inch Pie) - cooking recipe

baked 9-inch pie shell
1/4 c. cold water
5 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
pinch of salt
4 c. fresh blueberries, divided
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
Preparation

In a small bowl, make a smooth paste of water, flour and salt. Set aside. In a saucepan, boil 1 cup blueberries, sugar and 1/2 cup water. Reduce heat and slowly add flour paste and stir until thick. Remove from heat and set aside to cool to lukewarm. When cool, gently add remaining 3 cups of blueberries. Blend gently and pour into pie shell. Refrigerate. When cold, garnish with whipped topping and serve.
