Lemon Poppy Seed Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. poppy seed
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter (unsalted)
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon peel, shredded
    1 c. plain yogurt
Preparation
    Combine flour, poppy seed, salt and baking soda.
    Set aside. In a larger bowl beat sugar and butter until fluffy.
    Beat in eggs, vanilla and lemon peel.
    Add the flour mixture and yogurt to the beaten sugar mixture.
    Beat until well blended.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
