Clam Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cans cream of potato soup
    2 cans New England style clam chowder
    2 cans minced clams with juice
    1/2 stick butter
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 qt. half and half
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Cook in crock-pot on low for 6 hours.
