Ingredients

baked pie shell or graham cracker crust
1 pt. strawberries, sprinkled with sweetener
1 1/2 c. sweetener (Splenda or Sweet 'N Low)
1/4 c. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. water
1 pkg. sugar-free strawberry Jell-O
Cool Whip
Preparation

Wash and slice strawberries. Sprinkle with small amount of sweetener and set aside. Mix 1 1/2 cups sweetener, cornstarch and water. Cook until clear. Add Jell-O. Stir well and cool. Stir in strawberries and pour mixture into pie shell. Top with Cool Whip.
