Dilly Casserole Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. cottage cheese, heated to lukewarm
2 tsp. dill seed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. soda
2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. warm water
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
1 Tbsp. butter
1 unbeaten egg
Preparation
-
Soften dry yeast in warm water.
Combine all other ingredients in mixing bowl (except flour), adding the softened yeast after the unbeaten egg.
Then add the flour to form a stiff dough, beating well after each addition.
Cover.
