Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    32 oz. cream cheese
    16 oz. sour cream
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    6 eggs
    1/2 c. butter
Preparation
    Bring cream cheese, sour cream and butter to room temperature. Beat with mixer.
    Add sugar, cornstarch and vanilla.
    Add eggs one at a time.
    Mix until smooth.
    Take your 9-inch spring-form pan and line with aluminum foil, then pat with butter.
    Pour batter into pan and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour or until top is golden brown.
    Turn oven off and let set for 1 hour in the oven.
