Fruit Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. refrigerator sugar cookie dough
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Slice cookie dough and spread over 12-inch pizza pan to cover. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and lemon juice until creamy.
    Spread over cookie dough and arrange cut fruit on top.
    Sprinkle a little powdered sugar on top or mix a little powdered sugar with some fruit juice left over from any canned fruit you used and pour over like a glaze.
