Zucchini, Tomatoes And Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium zucchini, peeled and sliced
3 cans stewed tomatoes
Colby cheese, shredded
6 slices of crisp bacon
Preparation

Peel and slice zucchini very thin. Layer 1/3 of the zucchini in a slightly greased casserole dish. Cover with 1 can of the stewed tomatoes, including juice, and 1/3 of the shredded colby cheese. Repeat 2 more times, for a total of 3 layers. Top with crisp bacon slices. Bake for 1-1/2 hours in 350\u00b0 oven. Makes 8 servings.
