Sour Cream Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising corn meal
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 c. canned creamed corn
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Lightly spray 8 x 8-inch or 9 x 9-inch square casserole with nonstick cooking spray.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Pour into dish.
    Place dish on shelf in lower 1/3 of oven.
    Bake for approximately 25 minutes until set in the middle and lightly golden brown on top.
