Smoke Flavored Roasted Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 to 3 1/2 lb.) fryer
1/3 c. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. sherry
1/2 tsp. smoke flavoring
1/2 tsp. ginger juice
1 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
Preparation

Mix soy, sherry, smoke flavoring, ginger juice, hoisin sauce and salt.
Place chicken and mixture in plastic tie bag.
Shake to spread sauce evenly over chicken. Keep chicken in bag at least 4 hours.
