Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. peanut butter (chunky)
    3/4 c. powdered sugar
    1 box instant vanilla pudding
    1 graham cracker crumb crust or 1 baked pie shell
Preparation
    Mix peanut butter and powdered sugar until crumbly.
    Reserve 1/4 cup and set aside.
    Place remainder of crumbs in bottom of pie shell.
    Mix pudding according to directions; let set 3 to 5 minutes until thick.
    Then pour over crumbs in pie shell.
    Refrigerate 10 to 15 minutes.
    Cover with Cool Whip and top with reserved crumbs. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
