Pumpkin Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted flour
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 c. pumpkin (solid pack)
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. margarine (soft)
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Sift together the flour, soda, cinnamon, baking powder, salt and nutmeg.
    Combine pumpkin, sugar, milk and eggs in mixing bowl.
    Add dry ingredients and butter, mixing only until flour is moistened.
    Stir in nuts, spread in well-greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 65 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
    Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan.
    Can be frozen when completely cooled.
