Pam'S Florida Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 jumbo pasta shells, cooked and drained
    2 c. spaghetti sauce
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan or Romano cheese
    1 pkg. chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    1 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 egg white
    salt, pepper and garlic to taste
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Mix spinach, 1 cup Mozzarella, cottage cheese, egg white and Parmesan cheese until blended.
    Fill each shell with a heaping tablespoonful of spinach mixture.
    Place in a 12 x 8-inch baking dish; spoon sauce over shells.
    Cover with foil.
    Sprinkle extra 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese over top.
    Bake 35 minutes in oven.
    Makes 4 servings.
