Zucchini With Mint - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    zucchini
    olive oil
    minced garlic
    chopped parsley and mint to taste
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Thinly slice or grate slender zucchini,
    If you grate, squeeze out water.
    Quickly saute zucchini in hot olive oil with some minced garlic.
    Stir in chopped parsley and mint to taste. Season with salt and pepper.
    Serve warm or room temperature.
