Ingredients

1 bag \"boil in bag\" rice
1 box sugar-free vanilla pudding
3 c. milk (skim or 2%)
1 egg, beaten
Preparation

Prepare rice as directed on package.
Set aside.
Mix pudding, milk and egg in saucepan.
Bring to full boil, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Stir in rice.
Pour into dessert dishes and sprinkle with cinnamon.
