Vegetable Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 onion, sliced
    2 zucchini or yellow squash, sliced
    1 green pepper, sliced
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    dash of garlic powder
    1 c. mayo
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese
    1 (10-inch) pie shell
    1 tomato, sliced
Preparation
    Bake pie crust at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Saut vegetables in butter until crisp but not soft.
    Drain well.
    Add seasonings. Place tomato, sliced, in bottom of pie crust.
    Add vegetables. Spread mayo-cheese mixture over vegetables.
    Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Serves 6.
