Company Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large chicken breasts, skinned and halved
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    3/4 c. white wine
    4 oz. can mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1/4 tsp. ground thyme
Preparation
    Sprinkle salt and pepper on chicken and brown in oil.
    Put in baking dish.
    Blend soup in drippings in pan.
    Gradually stir in wine.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Boil for 1 minute.
    Pour over chicken.
    Bake covered for 25 minutes, and uncovered for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
