Mini Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp butter
    1 small onion, minced
    3 celery ribs, diced
    1 tsp paprika
    1 lb fresh lump crabmeat, drained
    2 Tbsp minced fresh parsley
    1 tsp fresh thyme
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1 1/2 c soft breadcrumbs
    2 large eggs, lightly beaten
    1/4 c vegetable oil
Preparation
    Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat; add onion, and saut for 3 minutes.
    Stir in celery and paprika.
    Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes; cool.
