Rhubarb Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 c. sour milk
    1/3 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. rhubarb, finely cut
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt, soda and set aside.
    Mix brown sugar, egg, sour milk, oil, vanilla and rhubarb.
    Add dry ingredients. Sprinkle with mixture of 1/4 cup brown sugar plus 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
