Giambotta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 potatoes, sliced
    2 carrots, chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1 lb. fresh green beans
    1 large can crushed tomatoes
    1 onion
    3 cloves garlic
    1 zucchini
Preparation
    Cover bottom of Dutch oven with olive oil.
    Chop garlic. Saute carrots, onion, celery and garlic.
    Add tomatoes, water, beans and zucchini.
    Simmer for 1 hour or until veggies are cooked.
    Season with basil, parsley, oregano, salt and pepper.
