Cheese Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. corn tortillas
    1/2 lb. Longhorn cheese
    1 onion
    oil
    1 (16 oz.) can enchilada sauce
Preparation
    Heat oil.
    Fry tortillas until soft.
    Put in cheese, onion and sauce; roll.
    Place in square dish.
    Add rest of sauce and top with cheese.
    Put in oven at 400\u00b0 just until cheese melts.
