Pink Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can unsweetened pineapple juice
    1 large can frozen orange juice (enough to make 1/2 gal.)
    1 pkg. tropical punch Kool-Aid with NutraSweet
    2/3 c. sugar, dissolved with a little water
    1 (2 liter) bottle ginger ale
Preparation
    Mix pineapple juice with dissolved sugar.
    Add orange juice (undiluted).
    Add Kool-Aid.
    Pour into large container.
    Finish filling container with water.
    Freeze.
