Potato Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour, plus extra for rolling
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 1/2 Tbsp. margarine or Crisco
1/2 c. mashed potato
1/2 c. water or potato water
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0 and grease a cookie sheet.
Sift 1 cup flour, baking powder and salt into a bowl.
Add the Crisco and cut it into flour until the particles are the size of small peas.
Add mashed potato and water; stir.
