Rhubarb Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    4 egg yolks
    1 1/4 c. oil
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. cooked rhubarb
    2 Tbsp. hot water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped pecans
    4 egg whites
Preparation
    Cream together sugar, oil and egg yolks.
    Add flour, cinnamon, rhubarb and hot water.
    Beat well.
    Add egg whites, nuts and vanilla.
    Bake in a greased and floured tube pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until done.
