Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head cabbage
1 c. cooked rice
1 diced green pepper
1 can tomatoes
Preparation

Mix sausage, cooked rice and pepper together. Take outside leaves off cabbage and cook 1 minute.
Lay cabbage leaves in bottom of casserole dish. Spoon meat mixture on leaves. Shred rest of the cabbage and put on top of meat mixture.
Top with can of tomatoes and bake at 350\u00b0 until hot and bubbly, 45 to 60 minutes.
