Chicken Parmigiana - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts or chicken cutlets
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    oil spray
    1 c. marinara sauce
    1 half c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Cut chicken breasts into 1-inch squares.
    Cover with waxed paper and pound them into thin, or use the chicken cutlets.
    Dip in beaten eggs, then dip into the bread crumbs.
    Spray a Teflon frying pan lightly with olive oil spray and brown the breaded chicken on both sides.
    Place chicken in a baking dish; add marinara sauce and sprinkle cheese on top.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
    Serve with your favorite pasta. Enjoy.
