Potato Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 c. crushed corn flakes
    1/4 c. butter, melted and mixed with crushed corn flakes
Preparation
    Defrost hash browns and combine in large bowl with 1/2 cup melted butter.
    Add salt, pepper, onion, soup, sour cream and cheese.
    Blend thoroughly.
    Pour into buttered 3-quart casserole. Mix remaining butter with corn flakes and sprinkle over potatoes. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
