Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. coconut
1/2 c. yellow cake mix
1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. sugar
3 egg yolks
1/4 stick butter
Preparation

Mix sugar, cake mix and egg yolks.
Blend in enough milk to mix well.
Add remaining milk; cook until thick.
Add butter, then coconut and pour into baked crust.
Top with Cool Whip.
