Jen'S Raspberry Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. butter
    1 egg
    3/4 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
    Combine flour and sugar, cut in butter.
    Reserve 1 cup of the crumbs.
    To the remaining crumbs add: egg, sour cream, salt, baking soda, baking powder and almond extract.
    Mix well.
    Spread into a 10 inch spring form baking pan.
    Run batter slightly up the sides of the pan.
