Chicken Normandy(4 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer chicken, cut into 8 pieces
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 lb. apples, peeled and sliced
    1/4 c. calvados (apple brandy)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Saute chicken in the butter until half done.
    Place the apples in a casserole dish.
    Top with the chicken pieces.
    Swirl the calvados in the pan and pour over chicken. Cover and bake in oven 25 to 30 minutes.
