New England Pumpkin Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. pumpkin puree
    1 c. thick white sauce
    1 1/3 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 c. diced ham
    2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
    1/2 c. broken soda crackers
    2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Mix pumpkin, white sauce, ham and 1 cup cheese.
    Place half of mixture in 2-quart casserole.
    Cover with sliced eggs.
    Cover with remaining mixture.
    Sprinkle with coarsely crumbled crackers, remaining cheese and dot with margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
