Gazpacho With Crab Or Lobster Surimi - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. crab or lobster Surimi, cut up
3 large tomatoes, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
4 c. tomato juice
4 Tbsp. wine vinegar
1/2 c. bread crumbs
4 Tbsp. olive or canola oil
Preparation

Blend in processor or blender until pureed.
Put in a bowl. Stir in crab or Surimi.
Serve chilled with crusty bread.
