Mexican Hominy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (No. 2) cans hominy, drained
    2 (8 oz.) cartons sour cream
    2 cans chopped green chilies
    2 c. grated Longhorn cheese
    seasoned salt and garlic salt to taste
Preparation
    Saute chilies and season; cook 10 minutes.
    Add sour cream. Top with cheese and bake until bubbly.
