All Day Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 to 3 lb. stew meat or beef roast, cut into chunks
4 to 5 medium potatoes
4 to 5 carrots
1 medium onion
1 can tomato soup
1 can green beans
Preparation

Peel and chunk all vegetables.
Put all ingredients (except beans) in a Dutch oven or big covered roasting pan.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 5 hours. About 1/2 hour before serving, add the beans.
No peeking before then.
