Spinach Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 loaves French bread
    1 stick butter
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese
    1 box frozen spinach
Preparation
    Melt butter and saute onion, garlic and cheese.
    Melt.
    Defrost spinach and add.
    Cook until melted and heated well.
    Cut bread into and spread evenly on loaves.
    Bake in oven until brown.
