Oven Beef Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 lb. beef cubes
1 c. sliced celery
1 c. sliced carrots
4 potatoes, quartered
1 large onion, sliced
3 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
1 tsp. sugar
salt and pepper
3 Tbsp. wine (optional)
1 c. V-8 juice
Preparation

Place meat in bottom of casserole. Cover with celery, carrots and potatoes. Sprinkle tapioca, salt, pepper and sugar on top. Add sliced onion and pour V-8 juice and wine over all. Cover and bake at 250\u00b0 for 5 to 6 hours.
