Beef And Sherry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean beef, cut into 1-inch cubes
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. Lipton onion soup mix
    3/4 c. cooking sherry
    2 jars whole mushrooms
Preparation
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 4 hours, or bake at 325\u00b0 for 3 hours.
    Also good in crock-pot.
    Serve hot over hot noodles or rice.
