Mashed Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. unseasoned riced hot potatoes
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    2 tsp. vinegar
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. chopped radishes
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped green onion
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Stir lightly to mix.
    Serve warm or cold.
    May also be packed into molds, chilled and unmolded before serving.
    Serves 4.
